A pre-inspection is designed for the seller to identify any possible issues prior to listing. Disclosing a pre-inspection report to potential buyers can be beneficial towards completing the sale — and puts everyone's mind at ease.
Pre-Warranty Expiration
You may not think a new build needs an inspection — but it does. This inspection is conducted in the 11th month of your first year to ensure all components of the home were properly installed before your builder's warranty expires.
